Each flat is connected to an alarm call system which links directly to a dedicated care team who are on hand 24 hours a day.

Apartments are let unfurnished, leaving residents free to furnish their home as they choose.
A number of the ground floor flats have direct access to the scheme’s attractive enclosed garden, which is suitable for wheelchair users, and many of the first floor flats boast views over the garden and river.
All apartments are fitted with emergency pull cord alarms, and all tenants are given pendant alarms, which when activated immediately alerts the 24-hour support team that you need assistance.
Residents have many opportunities to socialise and join in with a range of activities - from barbecues and pub lunches, to walks along the nearby river, or simply enjoy some quiet time in their own space.
