Each apartment has a lounge, fully equipped kitchen with white goods, and bathroom with level access shower. Fully carpeted, you're free to furnish your home as you choose. With lifts to all floors, there is full wheelchair access throughout.

Rose Manor has attractive communal spaces, some of which are open to the public. Facilities include:

Whether you currently have a care need or are simply planning for the future - if you are 55 or over and reside in, or have a family connection to the local area, you will be eligible for an apartment.

Retirement Living is a way of life, giving you the independence you want whilst being safe in the knowledge that, should your needs change over time, we'll be on hand to help as and when you need us.

With a comprehensive range of personal and domestic care and support services, our on-site team can help you at home with anything you need including shopping, laundry, housework, personal care, prescription collection and visits to the dentist, writing letters or sending emails.

For extra peace of mind, your apartment will have an emergency pull cord system that immediately alerts the 24-hour care team that you need assistance.

Please note: Rose Manor may not be suitable if you have been assessed as requiring a substantial amount of regular nursing care/support which cannot be delivered in your own home.
