Each spacious one or two bedroom apartment offers modern, open-plan living with a fully equipped kitchen and level access shower room. All apartments have fitted carpets throughout, leaving you free to furnish your new home exactly as you choose.

For safety and security, each home has an intercom door entry system and is also fitted with emergency pull cord alarms that alerts a member of the 24-hour support team.

Millbrook House has a welcoming reception and lobby, as well as a broad range of shared facilities including:

Millbrook House is in the heart of a thriving village which has churches, restaurants, shops,  pubs and a library.

The bus stop is just a five-minute walk away with regular services to Ely, Cambridge, Newmarket and Bury St Edmunds.

Millbrook House is staffed 24 hours a day by highly trained and experienced support workers.

At Sanctuary, we pride ourselves on employing the best staff and have stringent recruitment procedures in place.

Please note: care and support services at this scheme are provided by Radis Community Care.

Whether you currently have a care need or are simply planning for the future - if you are 55 or over and reside in, or have a family connection to the local area, you will be eligible for an apartment.

Care and support

Living at Millbrook House gives you independence and the reassurance that if your needs change you will be fully supported, so you can focus on living life to the full.

Personal and domestic care is provided by Radis Community Care who can help you at home with anything you need including shopping, laundry, housework, personal care and prescription collection. Sanctuary staff are on-site and provide housing management and support.

For extra peace of mind, all apartments are fitted with an emergency  pull cord alarm system that, when activated, immediately alerts the 24-hour care team that you need assistance. Pendant alarms are available if required.
