Greenwich Gardens may not be suitable if you have been assessed as requiring a substantial amount of regular nursing care which cannot be delivered in your own home.
At Greenwich Gardens, you can live as independently as possible and focus on living your life to full, with the peace of mind that support is available if your needs change. All residents have care plans tailored to their individual needs, which are regularly reviewed and updated as required.
Personal and domestic care is provided by Key 2 Care (Derbyshire Care Services), who can help you at home. Sanctuary staff are on-site for housing management and support.
For extra reassurance, all apartments have an emergency pull cord system that, when activated, immediately alerts the 24-hour support team that you need assistance. Pendant alarms are available if required.
