* Be aged 55 or over

Applicants for a rental apartment must:

* Be aged 55 or over

* Reside in Barnet

* Meet the housing criteria for the local authority  
  London Borough of Barnet

* Be referred directly from the local authority, following an  assessment of your care and support needs

Goodwin Court may not be suitable if you have been assessed as requiring a substantial amount of regular nursing care which cannot be delivered in your own home.

At Goodwin Court you can live as independently as possible and focus on living your life to full, with the peace of mind that support is available if your needs change.

Personal and domestic care is provided by our on-site team, who can help you at home. Sanctuary staff are also available for housing management and support.

For extra reassurance, all apartments have an emergency pull cord system  that, when activated, immediately alerts the 24-hour support team that you need assistance. Pendant alarms are available if required.
