All apartments are let unfurnished, leaving you free to furnish your home as you choose. For added peace of mind, there is a 24-hour emergency pull cord alarm system and an intercom door entry system.
The beautifully furnished lounge provides space for residents to socialise with others and join in with a range of activities, or simply relax in peace and quiet. Activities and events are regularly organised by Creative Support’s Activities Coordinator, and take place in the dedicated activities room.
There is a spacious dining area where residents can enjoy a home cooked food, which leads outside to the attractive wheelchair-accessible courtyard gardens.
Other communal facilities available include a hairdressing salon and a laundry room.

Coopers Court may not be suitable if you have been assessed as requiring a substantial amount of regular nursing care which cannot be delivered in your own home.
At Coopers Court you can live as independently as possible and focus on living your life to full. You’ll have peace of mind that support is available as your needs change.
Personal and domestic care is provided by Creative Support who can help you at home with anything you need including shopping, laundry, housework, personal care, prescription collection and visits to the dentist, writing letters or sending emails. Sanctuary staff are on-site for housing management.
For extra reassurance, staff are on-site 24 hours a day, and all apartments have an emergency pull cord system that, when activated, immediately alerts the support team that you need assistance. Pendant alarms are available if required.
The Care Quality Commission (CQC) is the independent regulator of health and social care in England.
The CQC regulate the care provided by the NHS, local authorities, private companies and voluntary organisations. The aim is to make sure better care is provided for everyone - in hospitals, care homes and people's own homes.
The CQC also seek to protect the interests of people whose rights are restricted under the Mental Health Act.
